10th annual Statts Fest: Sept. 29; 4 p.m. at The Rail Pub, 405 W. Congress St.; 8 p.m. at The Jinx, 127 W. Congress St.; tickets vary; friendsofstatts.com. This two-part, all-day benefit goes to help Jason Statts, a Savannah artist and musician paralyzed due to gun violence. The daytime show will be a lighter fare, followed by the ultimate metal concert.

Distinguished Gentleman's Ride is Sept. 30 in Savannah.

Distinguished Gentleman's Ride: 8 a.m. Sept. 30; downtown Savannah; register at gentlemansride.com. Kick Start Vintage Motorcyle Club hosts this annual charity ride, which has grown exponentially over the years. The Savannah Ride is part of a nationwide effort to help raise awareness of men’s prostate cancer and mental health. Riders dress in their best threads and haul through the city like bosses.

10th annual Midnight Garden Ride: 5 p.m. Oct. 20; Historic Grayson Stadium, 1401 E. Victory Drive; $15-$100; midnightgardenride.com. This family-friendly bicycling event is a casually paced, police-escorted ride through Savannah’s most beautiful neighborhoods. Afterward, return to Grayson Stadium for music, food, beverages and fun. All proceeds benefit the nonprofit Savannah Bicycle Campaign.
